Bid Day Frequently Asked Questions!

Are you open on Bid Day (Sunday, Aug. 27th)?

YES! We are open extended hours for you to stop by and shop in person. We are also available over the phone for gift purchasing! Our store is located just around the corner from Campus at the Railroad Square Art District!

How can I pre-order if I don't know what sorority?

Under sorority select "other" you will then notify us on Bid Day which sorority she joined! We fill orders based on the day you place them so the sooner the better. 

How do deliveries work? We offer a few delivery options!

1) If your new member lives in an FSU Residence Hall this the most efficient and quickest delivery method (FREE DELIVERY!). We've teamed up with the local UPS store and will drop the gift packages off first thing Monday morning. Your new member will be notified they have a package waiting for them at the on campus mail room.

2) If your new member lives in an apt. complex near campus we will deliver the package Monday afternoon for a $5.00 fee. 

3) You can select local pickup and we will text your new member Monday AM for them

to pickup their package at our store located less than 2 miles from campus! 

What if she decides to not join a sorority, can I get a refund?

Yup! We will provide you with a full refund. We do also offer a welcome to Tallahassee package instead of a bid day pack. This packages will provide her with the BEST game day and local gifts in town.
